We are sponsoring the upcoming CharityComms AI Conference

We are so excited to be an official sponsor of the upcoming CharityComms Conference about AI.
CharityComms AI Conference: Leading Strategy, Building Skills
29 November 2026
As CharityComms notes, the conversation about AI has accelerated rapidly in the charity sector, but not every organisation is moving at the same pace. Their conference is designed to offer practice skills and to delve a little deeper to support organisations around maturity, governance and ethics.
Why are we sponsoring this AI conference?
Given our interest and training offer for AI, this felt like a fantastic event for us to support. The part that interested us most was the objective to explore where real opportunities for transformation lie.
If you watch, read, or listen to any of our content about using AI for engagement work this is exactly what we talk about. There is a real need for individuals, and then teams, to identify good AI use cases that truly either help with efficiency or quality – or ideally both.
Open Voice Lab wants to support organisations to get ahead of their AI strategy.
Our sponsorship gives attendees the change to book into FREE advice appointments with us. We’ve listed the kinds of queries we are able to accept.
Rachel Richardson and Alexia Mitton, Directors of Open Voice Lab said “We’re not interested in using AI for the sake of it. It should genuinely save time, improve the quality of work or free people up to do the important things that need to stay human. This conference feels like a brilliant opportunity to have those conversations and help charities work out what responsible, useful AI looks like for them”.
What is the scope of our free advice appointments?

Can AI help you understand what your supporters and communities are telling you?
Could AI help you hear from people you’re currently missing?
Can AI help you make your charity's communications more accessible?
You’ve started using AI. How do you work out what's actually working?
