Our training supports teams across the public sector and VCSE organisations working to strengthen engagement practice. Our aim is to build confidence and capability in patient and community engagement.

Through practical, hands-on training, people learn to deliver inclusive, accessible, and effective engagement using both digital and in-person methods. Our training supports continuous listening, consultation readiness, and embedding equality and accessibility into all aspects of communications and engagement work.
