We run a mix of structured training programmes and lighter‑touch learning spaces, including lunchtime learning labs. Our core training offer is organised around four areas: Essential communication skills for engagement professionals, mastering digital engagement, accessibility and inclusive practice and the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support engagement work.
