Training for engagement professionals - our first course dates are now live

We're pleased to announce that dates are now confirmed for three of our Open Voice Lab training courses, and bookings are open.

This is training for engagement professionals - not adapted from a communications programme, not generic digital skills training. Our courses are built from the ground up through the engagement lens, by people who truly understand what this work involves and why it matters.

Whether you want to get to grips with AI in your consultation practice, sharpen your digital engagement skills, or make sure your documents are accessible to everyone, there's something here for you.

Engagement training available

• AI in Engagement and Consultation: Opportunities, Risks and Real Practice - two half-day online sessions on 14th and 21st July. £500 per person.

• House Rules for Accessible Word Documents - one online session on 28th July, 1pm–3.30pm. £300 per person.

• A Masterclass in Digital Engagement — four half-day online sessions every Tuesday in September. £800 per person.

A discount is available for people working in VCSE organisations, and all three courses can also be delivered as bespoke sessions for your team or organisation - just get in touch to talk it through.
