Open Voice Lab and the Consultation Institute: digital engagement training and more

We're really pleased to share that Open Voice Lab and the Consultation Institute are working more closely together - and we're excited about what that means for the engagement community.

Coffee mornings

You may have already spotted us guesting on a couple of their coffee morning sessions, where we explored digital aspects of engagement - from continuous engagement to reaching new audiences. The conversations were brilliant.

They’ve just announced season two of their coffee mornings and we will be back in June and July to talk about the art of digital content and people who are digitally excluded. Register for the Consultation Institute coffee mornings via their website.

Digital engagement training

We're also delighted to be contributing to the Consultation Institute’s new virtual training programme. They are due to open bookings soon for forty-one virtual courses and our contribution will be all things digital engagement training; artificial intelligence (AI) for engagement and consultation; digital engagement; and essential communication skills. AI working group

Lastly, we are also part of the Consultation Institutes AI working group, helping to shape practical guidance and a risk assessment framework for public sector organisations.
