This masterclass equips public sector and healthcare professionals with the knowledge, skills, and frameworks to use digital tools effectively for engaging communities. Across two days, participants will explore both continuous digital engagement and the formal consultation lifecycle, learning to build trust, gather insight, and deliver defensible, inclusive engagement online.
Day 1 focuses on continuous engagement: listening, responding, and building sustainable relationships with communities using digital channels. This can be delivered as a standalone day.
For those who continue to day 2, the focus is on consultation planning and delivery: applying digital tools strategically to support formal engagement processes, manage challenges, and evaluate outcomes.
The course blends theory with practical exercises, using a fictional organisation as a scenario to develop strategies that participants can implement in their own work.
